Recently we contracted with Island Pools to remodel our swimming pool. We’re writing to thank you for a job well done!
We “inherited” this pool when we bought our home in 1988. At that time the pool was at least 10-15 years old. Over the last several years, the pool’s age began to show: cracks in the deck, rebar spots on the pool interior and an increasingly inefficient filter system. In other words, the pool turned “ugly” just at the time we were thinking about selling the house.
Island Pools completely rebuilt the pool, interior and exterior, including a new pump and filter system. The result, if you compare what the pool looked like before the remodel and what it looks like now, is that we have a brand new pool.
What is most important is that the people of Island Pools, including the remodel supervisor (who was there every day) and every one of the staff, did an incredible job:
- The total remodel budget was reasonable and Island Pools stayed within budget;
- All work was accomplished on schedule and any unexpected problems were dealt with promptly;
- The quality of Island Pools’ work is outstanding

Island Pools completed a major remodeling of our swimming pool and installed a water feature that contained a waterfall and slide. My wife and I found Island Pools to be an extremely professional company. The workmanship and communication was excellent and the schedule was met.
The remodeling included re-surfacing the pool with pebble-tec and re-surfacing and painting the cool deck. The finished product looks like a new pool installation, not a 30-year old one. The water feature is incredible and is one that our family will enjoy for years.
We highly recommend Island Pools to anyone looking for a professional company that does high-quality work.

Your company recently re-plastered my pool land did so to my complete satisfaction.
I contacted three pool companies for bids, which were all in line, but I was impressed by your representative Dan Osborn because of his knowledge and explanations of all the procedures.
Contact with your office through Sheree was also a very good experience and Mike your field supervisor was also a pleasure.
Every follow up was completed. From the beginning the people you hired to chip out and the crew who pebble-tec, worked hard, did a great job and cleaned up.
