The Island Pool principals will ensure that you are comfortable with your new addition. We will handle all of the startup details, ensuring that all parts are working correctly and that the water chemistry is balanced. You and your family will receive a hands-on orientation on the following elements ensuring that you completely understand how to care for your pool:
Water testing
Adding chemicals
Filtration system
Pool problems (algae, cloudy water etc.)
"Startup" is scheduled for approximately two days after the interior is completed- this gives the pool time to fill to a proper level. The startup personnel will make an appointment with you to show you how all equipment works and demonstrate troubleshooting techniques. We will install the initial chemicals and complete a punch list of items that need attention.
